By using the subtle blend of very powerful techniques, including the highly acclaimed Smart Step program, your therapy session is specially designed to give you the best chance of quitting the smoking habit quickly and easily.
The Sessions
Your therapy session is divided into 2 parts:
1. First of all, I'll get to know you a little, discuss why you want to become a non-smoker, and find out why it's been so hard in the past. I will explain exactly what we are going to do, and answer any questions or niggling doubts that you may have.
2. Secondly, using our unique Smart Step program, we will deal with the smoking habit at a subconscious level. This technique will unlock the smoking trap that's been keeping you caged up for all these years.
The whole process takes about 90 minutes, and after the session, there's very little for you to do once in place, the process works automatically.
You will also be given a back-up CD, which will help reduce your stress levels on a continual basis, and also boost willpower and self discipline in all areas of your life.
In the unlikely event that further treatment is required, this is provided free of charge within 2 months, as part of the full price package, or half price after that time.
Subconscious Modification

For most people, the worst way to attempt to quit smoking is through conscious willpower. Like moods and emotions, willpower fluctuates one day it's strong, the next it's weak, but it is never constant.
The human mind works basically on two levels the conscious and the sub-conscious. The conscious mind is the thinking, analytical part the part that knows all the dangers associated with smoking. The conscious intellect only contains a very small amount of willpower and self-discipline.
The subconscious is much stronger, and controls every aspect of our behaviour. It is responsible for habit and addictions, and it is at this level that the smoking cycle must be removed.

Nicotine
Nicotine is a very powerful, poisonous drug. It is a stimulant, not a relaxant the amount contained in just 1 cigarette, directly injected into your vein will kill you!
Nicotine triggers an increase in adrenaline in the bloodstream, increases blood pressure and speeds up your heart and breathing rates. It creates stress in the body, thus increasing the demand for something to help the smoker cope which, of course, is another cigarette. This is why nicotine patches, gum ect. Hardly ever work over the long term. They actually keep you trapped in the nicotine/smoking spiral.
The Lungs
Smoking counts for 80% of all chronic emphysema and chronic bronchitis cases. It is also the cause of 85% if all lung cancer deaths.
Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide; it speeds up the heart rate, increasing the body's need for oxygen. That's why smokers become short of breath: their bodies need more oxygen but their blood carries less.
The Heart
Cigarette smoking accounts for 30% of all heart disease deaths. It increases the amount of cholesterol in the blood; it narrows the blood vessels and causes stiffness in the artery walls, increasing the risk of a heart attacks and strokes.
Cancer
There is a strong link between cigarette smoking and cancer of the following: - tongue, mouth, larynx, stomach, bladder, cervix, pancreas and blood (leukaemia).
Children
Children of smokers are highly susceptible to second-hand smoke. They are greatly at risk of asthma, bronchitis, allergies and heart problems. They have more chronic ear infections and many will develop cancer later life.
The Immune System
Together, the many poisonous chemicals found in burning tobacco put an unnecessary strain on your immune system. They leave you a weakened state and unable to fight off the many viruses, and general illnesses, that a healthy body easily cope with.

What is the success rate of the therapy?

Why does your method work better than other methods of treatment?
Some people try nicotine patches, but they act like water wings. People think they can swim when theyÂ?re wearing them, but in many cases they take them off they sink.
Others try hypnosis or acupuncture, but thatÂ?s like cutting the head off a weed. The roots stay in the ground, allowing the weed to spring up again. Obviously some people will learn to swim with water wings, and some weeds don't grow again, but the SMART Step program is successful in almost every case.
How will I feel afterwards?
Quite simply, you will be in control, rather than your problem controlling you. You could, of course, smoke if you really want to, but you just wonÂ?t want to!
What about the cravings?
You should not experience any cravings or withdrawal symptoms of any kind, and you will certainly not switch to overeating as a means of compensation.
So I wonÂ?t put any weight on?
