New manager Mark Tompkins will give Chipstead's current squad the chance to prove themselves before bringing in new talent.
The former Croydon FC manager was named as Chips' new boss last Wednesday, two days before the FA confirmed the club would be staying in Ryman Division One South despite finishing in the relegation zone.
Having been out of work since leaving the Arena in October, Tompkins was looking forward to the challenge of managing in the Ryman League and admitted it was a clean slate for the players.
"I played Ryman football for 22 years so I do know the league and I want to be managing there now," he said.
"It is an open door for the players and anyone who was there last season will have an opportunity.
"I will try and bring some players in but it is a limited budget.
"The main thing is to try and establish Chipstead as a Ryman club."
