London Irish Amateurs will clinch London Two South West with a game to spare if they can win at bottom side Winchester on Saturday.
Irish have recorded a club record 14 straight league wins under head coach Jamie Balls.
Director of rugby Chris Magowan said: “The team is fundamentally the same that battled against relegation last year, but the development of our young talent is reaping its reward.”
The Wild Geese host second-placed Tottonians in their final match at Sunbury on Saturday, April 17.
