Wimbledon RFC coach James Ogilvy-Bull says they are looking to restart the Division One South season by securing three consecutive wins.

He also urges fans to believe that, despite being 23 points behind the league leaders East Grinstead, a top place finish is not out of the question.

Beckenham are the visitors to Beverley Meads tomorrow (Saturday), and while Wimbledon lie fourth - eight points behind third placed Basingstoke - Ogilvy-Bull is hoping to reduce the point margin to just four with their first win of 2013.

The Dons welcome back flanker Richard Stewart, who will play his first game in 10 league games since suffering a broken rib in October.

Meanwhile, another rib injury is keeping out their first choice scrum half Charlie Morgan, with replacement Tommy Moore continuing to fill the void in the pack.

Ogilvy-Bull has rallied his team around to defend well against a Beckenham side unbeaten in their last two fixtures – although inconsistency has seen them restricted to ninth in the table.

He said: “We are more than capable of getting a good result against Beckenham even though we only managed to win by a solitary point in the reverse fixture.

“We will also aim to defend for the whole game as well as to keep a low penalty count.”

Ogilvy-Bull added: “I believe that a good result tomorrow will give us enough confidence to believe we can finish in first place.

“We have won our two last games and we all know that any result is possible in this league.”
