Harlequins have named John Kingston as head coach, replacing Andy Friend, who has returned to Australia.
Kingston, a former Quins player, also played for Newcastle Gosforth, Rosslyn Park, Middlesex and London Division, England U23s and England B, while also captaining a winning Cambridge Blues side.
Academy manager, Colin Osbourne, who originally joined Quins as the first XV backs coach in 1990, will be Kingston's assistant.

All three will continue to work under the guidance of director of rugby Dean Richards.
"I am delighted that John has decided to take the head coach position," he said.
"I am a true believer in natural progression within a club and rewarding individuals for their commitment and effort.
"I have a huge regard for all my coaching staff and I am looking forward to next season."
l Harlequins back-row star Chris Robshaw's superb season has been rewarded with two player-of-the-season awards and a call-up to the England Saxons.
The 21-year-old made 25 appearances as Quins pressed for a top-four place in the Guinness Premiership and - along with Tom Guest and captain Will Skinner - was named in the nation's second-string squad for this summer's Churchill Cup competition.
Robshaw signed a two-year contract extension in September after spending a spell on the sidelines with a fractured tibia and cruciate ligament problems. Quins full-back Mike Brown claims his Tolworth-based team-mate has been one to watch for some time.
"Chris has been brilliant for us this year, but he has always played that way since I have known him," Brown said.
