Former Harlequins full-back Ben Gollings has revealed he has no regrets over quitting Premiership rugby for life on Australia's Gold Coast.
The 28-year-old returns to Twickenham for the first time in two years at the weekend when he represents England in the Emirates IRB London Sevens.
Gollings quit the UK in 2004 - with 72 appearances for Quins under his belt - to emigrate Down Under with his Australian wife and two children.
He has been involved in the England Sevens set-up for nearly a decade, despite plying his trade in the southern hemisphere with Sunnybank (Aus), Tasman (NZ) and Toyota Shokki (Japan) for the last four years.
Gollings had moved intending to break in to the Super 14 tournament, but rules barring foreign stars in the competition put paid to hopes of joining up with the Crusaders.
But with more than 1,700 points in the IRB World Seven Series to his name - a current record - he is glad to be back on home soil and out to erase the memory of his last visit to the home of English rugby.

"I have no regrets about leaving England because the game has still given me the chance to travel the world and experience different cultures," he said.
"There is no sense of unfinished business, but it is nice to be back in Twickenham.
