This is the colour medal sailors Bryony Shaw and Iain Percy will be hoping to collect come the Olympics in August.

The images are part of an iconic sailors' photo shoot to promote Skandia Team GBR ahead of the Beijing Games.

Wandsworth-based Shaw, Barnes resident Percy and three team-mates spent more than nine hours with body painting specialist Phyllis Cohen before being photo-graphed by Ranald Mackechnie.

Having earned five sailing medals in Sydney and five in Athens, Great Britain is the world's most successful sailing nation.

Beijing's waters are known for light wind conditions and tricky tides.
