Crystal Palace scored two goals in a Championship game for the first time since October but could not hold on for victory as they drew 2-2 with Bristol City at Ashton Gate last night.
Wilfried Zaha was in inspired form for the Eagles as they dominated early on and put them ahead with his first goal since October.
The lead was doubled by Darren Ambrose's penalty with 21 minutes left after substitute Glenn Murray was hauled down by Liam Fontaine and Palace were on course for their first league victory of 2012.
But City started to fight back and Brett Pitman halved the arrears with 13 minutes left as he fired home a free kick and then drew the home side level in injury time.
There was still time for Kagisho Dikgacoi to rescue a point for Palace with a goal-line clearance but they will have been disappointed not to collect all three.
