Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock says his side must forget their last meeting with Bristol City when the clubs meet again this Saturday.
When the two sides faced each other in August, Freddie Sears was denied a goal when referee Rob Shoebridge and linesman Chris Knowles gave a goal kick despite the ball clearing coming off the stanchion at the back of the goal and out again.
City then went on to win the game with a late strike, leaving Warnock and his players fuming.
However, the Eagles manager insists this Saturday's match is a different occasion and the events at Ashton Gate will have no bearing on it.
"We have got to concentrate on the game itself," he said.
"What happened at Bristol is in the past and we cannot be thinking about that."
Groundsman at Selhurst Park are currently working hard to make sure the ground escapes the big freeze so the match goes ahead.
The club have brought in extra pitch covers and heaters to try and get rid of the snow and ice and a decision is expected to be made in the next 24 hours whether to go ahead with the fixture.
