Sutton United had goalkeeper Tom Lovelock to thank for salvaging a Skrill South point at Bath City last night.
Mitchell Nelson, in his last game before starting a three-match ban, opened the scoring for United in the first half.
The points appeared save when Jamie Slabber's fourth league goal of the season made it 2-0 just before the hour.
However, the hosts struck back immediately to halve the deficit, before an 82nd minute strike levelled the scores.
It looked as if United would end up with nothing when, with just moments to go, Simon Downer hauled down David Pratt in the penalty area.
However, Lovelock proved equal to Ross Stearn's spot-kick to ensure United brought at least one point home from the long trip west.
This weekend, United take on Havant & Waterlooville in the FA Trophy at Gander Green Lane.
