Tooting & Mitcham boss Billy Smith has hailed the performances of teenage defender Andrew Howell in the Ryman Premier League this season.

Smith says Howell was his player of the season after a successful campaign in which the Terrors finished ninth in the Ryman Premier League.

“Andy has been very consistent,” said Smith.

“He is still only 19 and got better as the season went on.”
