Crystal Palace fans should be getting excited about the US investment plans, says boss Alan Pardew.

Co-chairman Steve Parish has been in New York finalising the small print with US investors Josh Harris, the owner of the New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia 76ers, and business partner David Blitzer, the co-founder of Apollo Global Management.

Pardew said: “This process has been going on for a while and I'm familiar with the [investment plans]. I welcome it, think it would be great for Palace.
