Neil Warnock is looking to bring in new staff at Selhurst Park, throwing the future of Keith Millen into doubt.

Millen has been holding the Crystal Palace fort since Tony Pulis left just before the beginning of the Premier League.

However, Warnock would not be drawn on the popular caretaker manager's future as he begins his second stint in charge.

He said: “I’ve not made my mind up about anyone really, I’ve got to weigh up the situation and then see where I am.

“I’ve known Keith many years and he’s an outright gentleman, all the staff here are very receptive.”

The new boss though, did admit to having a chat with the Millen on his first full day at the club.

”I only saw him briefly, but I told him I like him if that means anything," he said.

”I’m hoping to bring in a couple of guys and I’m talking to the chairman about it so we will see.

“I doubt it will be before this weekend's match [at Newcastle United], but we have two weeks after that to build so I’ll take it from there”
