Shaun Derry: Kept his head when the defence lost theirs and showed some impressive passing. Man of the match. 8

Ben Watson: Great free-kick and could have had more, though his distribution was not up to the usual standard. 7

Tom Soares: Unfortunate to be subbed and battled throughout. 6

Sean Scannell: Did not get in the game and looked clueless at times. 5

Clinton Morrison: Could have scored early on and looked lively from start to finish. 7

James Scowcroft: Well marshalled by Wednesday and did not win many headers. 6
