Neil Harris triumphed at the annual Crystal Palace Triathlon on Sunday.
The 7Oaks Tri Club member won the men's competition in the searing heat while Grainne O'Donnell from Serpentine claimed first in the women's race.
Jon Horsman from home club Crystal Palace Triathletes and Claire Hitchings from 7Oaks were the winning veterans (40+) and Ian Birch from Hillingdon Triathletes and Karen Grieves won the supervets (50+) race.
Bethaney Hall, racing her first ever triathlon, and Rory Atkins were the junior winners.
More than 500 adults and 150 junior competitors took part at Crystal Palace Park and National Sports Centre, swimming 750m in the 50m pool, doing 20km on the bike on a closed circuit within the park and 5km running the same circuit before finishing in the athletics stadium.
