Brentford youth team manger Darren Sarll has earmarked new signing Emmanuel Oyeleke as a future talent after securing the former QPR and Chelsea youngster on a two-year scholarship.
The 17-year-old central midfielder impressed during a week-long trial with the Griffin Park outfit having graduated from the FootballCV Academy in Northhamptonshire.
“Manny was recommended to us by FootballCV and has really impressed,” added Sarll.
“He is a talented footballer who has been well coached - we will be monitoring FootballCV players in the future.”
The news comes with boss Andy Scott confirming Mark Phillips, Fraser Franks, Lewis Ferrell and Steve Kabba were all released this week, with Cleveland Taylor also available for transfer.
The Bees boss added: "I would like to express my thanks to those who have been released, for the efforts in their time at Brentford and wish them all the best in the future."
Nikki Bull, Karleigh Osborne, Carl Cort and Ryan Dickson have been offered new deals, whilse Leon Legge has been handed an improved contract.
