New West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini has told Michail Antonio he has no future at the club.

The news, reported by national media, is a boost for Crystal Palace, who have been tracking the winger.

Antonio made just 21 appearances in an injury-hit 2017-18 campaign and was disciplined by the club for turning up late to a team meeting in January.

Pellegrini wants to bolster his attack by signing Lazio playmaker Felipe Anderson.

His potential arrival would push Antonio even further down the pecking order.

Despite Palace’s interest in the ex-Nottingham Forest star, Fulham are also believed to be keen on him.

And he would provide strong competition for Wilfried Zaha and Andros Townsend at Selhurst Park.

Antonio signed for West Ham in a £7m deal in 2015.
