Inter Milan defender Davide Santon is set to snub Crystal Palace after agreeing terms with Sampdoria.
Santon, who can play as a right or left full-back, featured just 15 times for Inter last season.
And while the Eagles and Watford have expressed an interest to bring the 26-year-old to England, the Italian does not want to leave his homeland.

And according to Italian publication Il Secolo XIX, Santon has agreed terms with Serie A side Sampdoria.
They are hoping to take him on a season-long loan with an option to buy next summer.
Santon spent four seasons with Newcastle in the Premier League, before moving to Inter in 2015.
And, given his top-flight experience, he could have been a useful asset to Palace or Watford.
