Cheam Croquet & Bowls Club did themselves proud last weekend scooping the top gong for doubles in a south east tournament.
The team was made up of Jean Cobbold, Ian Cobbold and Sue Nicholas from Cheam, and Hazel Clarke from Wallington.
They managed to win all four of their matches, beating their nearest rival Tunbridge Wells by a single point.
The club also finished fourth in the singles, with a team made up of Beryl and Ken Hughes from Sutton, and Sue Nicholas and Hazel Clarke.
