Tennis club members have celebrated the opening of five new floodlit courts.
Cranleigh Lawn Tennis Club's non-slip courts will mean that members can play all-year round.
They were opened by Merton mayor, councillor Marsie Skette, this week.
The courts in Cranleigh Road, which cost £92K. were the results of fundraising events by members such as SkyDive, 24 hour tennis marathons, race nights and donations. Surrey Tennis also assisted with £15k.
The club is holding an open day on November 4 and 5 from 1pm to 4pm with anyone being able to participate for free on the day
