Disabled artist Rachel Gadsden is opening her show called It was Paradise at the Norman Plastow Gallery in Wimbledon Village.

The public exhibition, which runs from October 13 until October 23, addresses global concerns about migration, disabled and bereaved people through the creation of visual artwork.

Rachel, who suffers lung disease, has an MA in fine art, and is a multi-award-winning artist and artistic director who has exhibited her work throughout the UK and Europe and in Bahrain.

The gallery is open Monday to Sunday 11am- 6pm or by appointment. Admission is free.
