A young girl was taken to hospital yesterday evening after a car accident in Morden.
The incident took place on Central Road with the London Ambulance Service calling the Metropolitan Police at around 6.30pm.
A Met Spokesman said: “We were called to a road traffic collision involving a car and a young girl. Injuries are not life changing or life threatening.
“The girl was taken to a south London hospital.”
He added that no arrests had been made and the incident was an accident.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We sent an ambulance crew and a single responder in a car to the scene.
“We treated a child for an arm injury at the scene and took her as a priority to a major trauma centre.”
