Northern line passengers will now be able to stop at Charing Cross on the night Tube.
The station has fully reopened following improvements and and a new ticket hall. Until now, passengers had to use nearby Embankment station.
The Northern line travels from Morden to High Barnet and Edgware in the north of the city.
Night Tube services will resume at the station from Friday.
Mark Wild, London Underground’s managing director, said: “I thank customers for their patience while we carried out this important work and I’m really pleased that we’ve been able to fully reopen Charing Cross station earlier than planned.
"We’ve carried out a major overhaul of the Northern line ticket hall, making it smarter, more modern and ready to welcome its first Night Tube passengers this Friday.”
Five lines are now open 24 hours: Northern, Jubilee, Victoria, Central and Piccadilly.
