Treasure hunting youngsters can go high tech on Wimbledon Common this summer.
A new kids’ club is giving children the chance to follow clues and dig deep for a hidden treasure chest. Children taking part will use personal satellite navigation systems in their bid to uncover the prize.
The man behind the sessions, Andy Allan, said they would “awaken the children's spirit of adventure”.
The club runs every Sunday, starting and finishing at Wimbledon Windmill, and extra summer holiday sessions will also take place from July 27 to August 31.
