Two firefighters were captured in this amazing photograph after tackling a blaze in Tooting.
The London Fire Brigade was called to a fire inside a flat above a shop in Upper Tooting Road at 11.42am this week (November 13).
A part of the second floor was damaged as four fire engines, as well 21 firefighters and officers, were at the scene.
The fire was under control by 1pm, but the cause of it remains under investigation.
Photographer Dave Southwood said: “I think sometimes we don’t give enough recognition to these incredible people, and by no means [are they] the only ones out there.”
