Charlie Davies of Templedene Avenue in Staines died in hospital on last Thursday night, after he was doused in petrol and set alight outside his home at around 11.20pm on Saturday, June 14.
In a statement the Davies family said: "He will always be remembered as happy, smiling Charlie who had a big heart and always looked forward to tomorrow.
"Charlie was a joy to be around and was loved by all who knew him.
"He had a fun-loving and outgoing personality, enjoyed socialising and meeting new people.
"He had a caring nature and always had time for anyone and he lived life to the full and would always try to make everyone laugh."
