Cousins Maryam Sackey and Terence Junior Brown died after the car they were travelling in was in collision with a lorry in Sumner Road, West Croydon, on Sunday morning.
Maryam, 18, from Lacy Road, Wandsworth, and Terence, known as TJ, had been returning from an Eid celebration.
