The parents of Stephen Lawrence are due to attend a march organised by the family of murdered graduate Evren Anil.
Tomorrow's silent march is an open event in memory of those who have become victims of unprovoked attacks.
Mr Anil's brother Ozgur Anil said: "This march is about saying 'enough is enough' to the government. People should be giving more love instead of filling their hearts with hate, violence and weapons."
He added that he had invited family members of others who have died in similar attacks, and that the parents of murdered teenager Stephen Lawrence said they would attend.
Evren Anil died last month, after being attacked by a two youths in Central Hill, Croydon.
The march begins at noon tomorrow (Sunday)in Hancock Road, Croydon.
