Pint-sized TV star Declan Donnelly has had plans to build a £1.9million dream home turned down.
The 31-year-old entertainer, who lives only a few doors away from his television partner Ant McParlin, had hoped to replace his current 1930s home with a more modern house.
But according to The Mirror the plans were refused by Hounslow Council who feared the extension would upset Donnelly's neighbours.
The plans included six bedrooms, a pool, golf simulator, wine cellar, cinema, gym, Jacuzzi and a steam room.
The local authority had initially granted permission earlier in the year but rejected Donnelly's new application last month.
Ant and Dec, who met on children's TV show Byker Grove aged 13, have just signed a multi-million pound deal to stay at ITV for the next two years.
