Purley woman arrested in connection with animal rights extremism charged
A woman arrested in connection with an alleged blackmail linked to animal rights extremism has been charged.
Debbie Vincent of Pampisford Road, Purley, was charged with conspiracy to commit blackmail.
The 50-year-old has been bailed to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on August 15.
A man and a woman, both 25, who were arrested at a residential address in Amsterdam remain in police custody.
