December is well under way and many parents are devising the best and most creative ways to display Elf on the Shelf for their kids.
Mums and dads are sending their children off to bed each night and then stifling their giggles as they decide what their elf's latest bit of late-night mischief will be.
It’s all for the new ‘tradition’ which sees families tell children scout elves are sent to be Santa’s eyes and ears and help him manage his naughty or nice list before Christmas.
