The 37-year-old, from Streatham, pleaded guilty to three counts of attempting to engage in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
Perverted police officer Alistair Leiper who got a 14-year-old girl to perform a sex act over Skype has been suspended.
Leiper spoke to two teenagers in a series of online video calls between December 2013 and April 2014, Southwark Crown Court heard.
The 37-year-old, from Streatham, pleaded guilty to three counts of attempting to engage in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
He also pleaded guilty to one of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
Judge Joanna Korner QC said: “With something as serious as this I will need to know whether he is dangerous.”
Leiper was released on bail and will be sentenced on March 3.
