Floral tributes left in Lynden Way.
A 29-year-old man has appeared in court over the murder of Thomas Rossiter in Swanley.
Mr Rossiter, 42, was killed after being dragged underneath a car which hit him in Lynden Way on July 4.
Erasmus Ahwoi, of Stroud Green Gardens, Croydon, appeared at Maidstone Crown Court this morning (July 14).
Ahwoi, who was arrested in Brixton earlier this week, will enter a plea at the same court on October 1.
A provisional trial date was set for January 4 next year.
No application for bail was made and he was remanded in custody.
