There is an eight-year life expectancy gap between men in the most and least deprived wards of Wandsworth.
A recent joint strategic needs assessment, by Wandsworth Council, also revealed a five-year gap among the borough’s women.
Circulatory diseases were identified as a major cause of the disparity.
The report also indicated Wandsworth had a "relatively poor performance" compared with other inner London boroughs in cases of cancer, circulatory disease and excess winter deaths.
