Morrisons is recalling its Traditional Chicken and Mushroom Pie because some have been found to actually contain fish.
The Food Standards Agency says a small number of packs have been identified to contain fish pies.
The supermarket's fish pie contains fish (obviously) and mustard, which are not mentioned on this particular label and therefore are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to either ingredient.
Morrisons, which is the UK's fourth biggest supermarket chain, has apologised for the error.
It is asking all customers with a mustard or fish allergy or intolerance not to consume this product and return it to their nearest store for a full refund.
The 400g product being recalled has a use-by date of December 4.
