The Co-op store in Streatham Vale was targeted twice in three days last month by robbers who forced staff to hand them money from their safe.
The first incident happened on February 3 at about 9.40pm, when there was an attempted robbery on the shop. Staff pressed the alarm, forcing the suspects to leave empty handed and drive away in a dark vehicle in Woodmansterne Road.
Two days later, on February 5 at about 7:30am, two men entered the store and forced the staff at the rear of the shop and forced them to hand over cash from the safe. They fled and were pursued by staff and customers. The two men were seen getting into a dark car on Sherwood Avenue.
