People park in disabled bays illegally all the time, how come they don't make the news? Wether a famous person does it or not it still isn't going to stop people from doing it so waste news space. There must be something more exciting going on that can be reported.

Like it or not, this story involves someone involved in a high-profile position - a "celebrity" if you like. People like to hear about them and what's happening in their lives - there are enough god-awful glossy magazines to prove it - so it is NEWS.
