• "If he's 10 years old, why wasn't he in school uniform and why was he being walked to a toddler group at 9:51am? More info on him would help us all look out for him. I have a child the same age and know it must be so scary. Hope he's found safe and whatever made him run off is dealt with so he feels ok. Also, was he from Carshalton or Mitcham?"
