Cyclists require treatment after late night collision

Two cyclists were rushed to a specialist trauma centre after a late-night collision on Monday. The crash, which involved a car and two bicycles, happened at about 11pm in St Helier Avenue, Morden. The cyclists – a 21-year-old who suffered head and arm injuries and a 16-year-old with back injuries – were taken to the trauma unit at St George’s Hospital in Tooting.
