A man has denied murdering Justin Neel Croos in an armed brawl in a car park in Mitcham.
Mr Croos, 26, was killed in the fight in Sibthorpe Road car park, Holborn Way, on November 23, 2015. He died two days later from severe head injuries. Four other men were also seriously hurt.
Sugan Selvarajan, 33, of Sadler Close, Mitcham, pleaded not guilty to murder, wounding with intent and violent disorder at the Old Bailey today, Thursday, February 16.
His trial is scheduled to begin on April 18. He will stand trial alongside Prashad Sothilingham, 25, of Edgehill Road, Mitcham, who is accused of murder and attempted murder.
Sivakaran Ockersz, 18, of Heathdene Road, Wallington and Visuparathan Dayaparan, 23, of Phipps Bridge Road, Mitcham, will also stand trial accused of violent disorder.
