The “exceptionally evil” thug who beat a man with a toaster, stabbed him in the buttock and set fire to his home had an associate who is still being sought by police.

Kamil Radkiewicz, 27, followed his victim, 44, home to his flat in Castelnau, Barnes, on November 30 last year after they met on a bus that morning, before violently attacking him.

FROM SEPTEMBER: Slashed, beaten, burned and left for dead: Details from the shocking court case

The victim, who said he has no recollection of his ordeal, suffered a broken nose and jaw as well as burns to the inside of the mouth, haemorrhaging inside his eyes, a fractured skull and contusions to the brain.

He also had burns to the palms on his hands and a slash to his left buttock. A knife which had the victim’s blood on it was retrieved outside the flat, which Radkiewicz had set on fire in what is believed to have been an attempt to destroy evidence of his crimes.
