Two men have appeared at the Old Bailey charged with the murder of a Battersea man in November.
Cameron McFly, 37, and Danny Samuel, 35, both of Herlwyn Gardens, Hebdon Road, Tooting, appeared at court on Friday, February 17, over the murder of Richard Ward.
Mr McFly was told to return to the court for a dismissal hearing on May 5 while Mr Samuel must return on August 20 for trial - no indication of plea has been given at present.
Mr Ward, 37, of Buckmaster Road, Battersea, was found dying near Clapham Junction station in Battersea on November 7, a few hundred yards from his own home.
Police arrived at 11.45pm and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as head injuries.
Both men remain in custody.
