An actor from Battersea is making a name for himself in America.
Tom Hatton, 32, who grew up in Muncaster Road, has appeared in US television show Law and Order and played the role of the British Prince in the video game Grand Theft Auto IV.
He is also due to feature in a new advert for fashion designer Louis Vuitton.
Commenting on his success, he said: "It is crazy - I never thought I would be doing stuff like this."
The aspiring star quit his finance job in London five years ago after attending evening acting classes at the Old Vic Theatre in Lambeth.
During one class, he received some words of advice from the theatre’s artistic director Kevin Spacey, who suggested he should pursue his ambition across the pond.
Just a few years later, Mr Hatton, who now lives in New York, is making a living from his new-found fame.
He said: "I always had this urge to see how acting would go. I think my boss was particularly annoyed when I resigned and went on a wing and a prayer into acting.
"I still feel very unique out here, not only being an actor but also being British."
