A man has been charged with the murder of Darcy Austin-Bruce outside Wandsworth Prison.
Mr Austin-Bruce, from Fulham, was visiting the prison in May 2009 when he was shot.
The 20-year-old's parents described him as a "loving, kind, generous and thoughtful young man".
Rupert Ross, 29, from Fulham, is due to appear at South Western Magistrates' Court in Battersea this morning.
