Friends and family have been laying tributes close to the home of a teenage boy who died on his way to school.
A lamppost at the junction of Dungarvan Avenue and Upper Richmond Road has been adorned with flowers and pays respect to 14-year-old Emlyn Wibberley, who died on June 9 after collapsing on his way to Christ’s School in Richmond.
More than 300 friends signed up to a tribute group called RIP Emlyn...You’ll be greatly missed on social networking site Facebook.
A note left on the lamppost near his Dover House Road home read: “We are so sorry that you are gone but you will not be forgotten... We will all wish we’d more time to get to know you better.”
