Time is running out to enter Wandsworth Council’s Green Champions Awards – which reward individuals, groups and schools who have made a green contribution to the borough.
The award categories include green household, green school (two categories for primary and secondary), young environ- mentalist, green concept, green building and recycling and waste minimisation champion.
Winners and runners-up will be invited to an awards ceremony in January, and winners of these awards will automatically go through to the regional Green Guardian Awards in February.
Nominations must reach the council by Friday, December 11.
