A life-size dinosaur is set to roam around Roehampton as Alton Goes Ancient on May 14.

Tiny, a 125 million-year-old dino, has been brought to life and people will be able to feed her and talk to her in dinosaur language as part of a free family event around Roehampton Library that forms part of Wandsworth Arts Fringe.

Accompanying Tiny will be a palaeontologist presenting three lively shows throughout the day about how the creatures lived and why they disappeared.

Arts and community groups will run dino-themed arts, crafts and activities alongside the performances, including an amber trail to follow, a dino dig and the chance to decorate a dino.

The free family event, will feature a real life dinosaur and dino-themed arts and craft activities led by local arts and community groups.
