A radio presenter will take on a 24 hour challenge to raise money for HIV charity Wandsworth Oasis.

James Ware, who presents the breakfast show on Wandsworth Radio, will take to the airwaves for 24 hours, from Monday, November 30 until Tuesday, December 1, which is World Aids Day.

Mr Ware is hoping the challenge will raise £5,000 for the Wandsworth Oasis, which is the station's chosen charity.

Mr Ware said: "Luckily there’s just enough time to assemble a killer playlist and get in some practice hours wittering on.

"It is all for the best of causes supporting Wandsworth Oasis our local HIV charity on World Aids Day.

"It is set to be a radio whirlwind so I'm getting us much sleep now as possible while I still can."

The challenge runs from 10am November 30 to 10am on December 1.
