Police have launched an appeal after a woman was inappropriately touched at a tube station.

The 35-year-old woman was leaving Tooting Broadway tube station with her boyfriend at about 8.10pm on March 1 when the man touched her.

A small fight broke out between the victim's boyfriend and the man.

He then left the tube station with two other men.

British Transport Police (BTP) detectives have now released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

Detective Constable Martin Chapman said: "We have carried out a number of enquiries to try and establish the man’s identity, including speaking to witnesses and circulating images on police intelligence systems, but to no avail so far.

"If you recognise this man, or have any information that could help our investigation, please contact us."
