Croydon Darth Vader actor breaks silence over Jar Jar Binks

The man who played Star Wars ultra-villain, Darth Vader, has answered one of the greatest questions in its modern history.
What would Darth Vader have done to Jar Jar Binks?
After the release of The Phantom Menace, George Lucas’ Star Wars prequels, most fans were left wanting, especially after seeing fishy alien Binks.
Possibly the most hated character in the Star Wars universe, Rasta-sounding Binks’ annoying repertoire and characterisation had many hardcore fans feeling Lucas had lost his touch.
Dave Prowse, the man behind the mask of Darth Vader said if Vader had come across Binks he would have “stretched his neck.”
Mr Prowse said: “Jar Jar Binks was the worst character out of all the six films.
"If Darth Vader had met him he would have stretched his neck.
"He was like the hip-hop version of a character for a new audience.
“To be honest I didn’t even like the C3PO character either.”
Mr Prowse, from Croydon, was diagnosed with prostate cancer in April 2008 after organising a charity golf match for his brother who was also suffering from the illness.
The tournament was in aid of the Prostate Cancer Association (PCA) and it was there he met a representative from the PCA who suggested he go for a test.
He has just finished an eight-week intensive radiotherapy course to cure his prostate cancer.

For me it was Alec Guinness. He portrayed his character 'Obi Wan Kenobi' with the same cardboard acting as he displayed thoughout the 'Bridge over the River Kwai.'

Everytime he appears on the screen I find myself envisioning elaborate ways for him to die.
I was very upset when the last film came out and he wasn't killed off!

Joking aside, I would like to wish Mr Prowse all the best with his treatment and a full and speedy recovery.
